MaCo Project had the purpose to develop a digital product that allows business analyst and to bring Directors and VPs the visualization from volumes, prices, costs and net profits of the main core company products in different channels at Latam countries.

When I joined the product development and improvement team, my main responsibilities were to create the requirements and user stories, prioritize and manage the backlog of the different products, collaborate with the team to establish milestones on the roadmap for each sprint and establish contact with the stakeholders.

It was part of my job to understand and adapt the methodologies to help the team in each iteration.
