At Planning Department:
• Development of Client's Segmentation based on Debit Card used. This segmentation is used for marketing campaigns and to launch different promotions.
• Development of the Profitability and Raroc model for the Bank Portfolio (Credit Cards, Mortgages, Credits, etc.).

At Individual Risk Department:
• Responsible for Cross Selling Campaigns (Loans, Credit Cards).
• Responsible for limit upgrades for credit cards.
• Development of predictive models for selling credit cards using census data and GIS tools.
• Development of a Datamart with more than 10.000 variables based on transactions with credit cards. This datamart was the input for predictive models for RAROC after a credit card limit upgrade.
At Marketing Direction in the CRM Department, responsible and specialist in the following areas:
•Data Analytics, Data Mining. Development, Analysis and Profile of different Models, such as: Churn, Segmentation, Upselling using SAS Enterprise Miner and Guide. Proposal of different actions according to the results obtained.
•Database Marketing and Campaigns. Generation, maintenance and performance analysis of Inbound, Outbound, eMailing and Direct Marketing Campaigns. Type of Campaigns: Retention, Acquisition, Winback and Upselling for the current portfolio (Individuals and Pymes Segments) of Telecom Argentina and Arnet.
•Dashboads. Developtment of Operative, Strategic and Directive Dashboard for Marketing Direction with Microstrategy and in house tools.
• Data warehouse. Maintenance and improvement of the information and user's support.
